The tour can be one-trip land. We sailed the local tourist pier crossing the wide Ushuaia Bay to reach the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico. There sailed around Bird Island where we'll fueguina Skúas bird watching, Black-browed Albatross, Steamer Ducks, Cauquenes, Gulls Gulls Cooks and Gray; and Isla de Los Lobos where we can see sea lions and two hairs. Both islands belong to the archipelago Bridges.
Arriving at Faro Les Eclaireurs (The Illuminators), we can see colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Shags Roqueros; and hear the story of the sinking of the SS Monte Cervantes who starred in 1930. Continuing sail eastward enjoying the wonderful scenery of the canal and the surrounding mountains, there will sight on the coast Argentina Puerto Almanza and on the Chilean coast Naval Base Puerto Williams, and then reach the Martillo Island where we will have the opportunity to see a colony of Magellanic Penguins and some specimens of Papua penguins. From there we sailed to the Harberton Estancia where it descends and a tour is conducted by the ranch house where they will visit the first nature reserve in Tierra del Fuego, the shearing shed, carpentry, houseboat and, finally, the garden of the main house, visit the Museum of Birds and Marine Mammals Southern Acatushún, then being able to taste something in the tea house Manacatush (not included in the tour.).
The way/return to/from Ushuaia is rushing through the Supplemental Route "J" crossing mountains, rivers, valleys, and peat bogs, beaver ponds and trees flag and splicing the National No. 3 Road, a stop will be made at the viewpoint of Step Garibaldi to observe and photograph the area lakes (Escondido and Fagnano), arriving at the Tourist pier Ushuaia again.
