Full day excursion in regular service to Punta Tombo including a visit to Gaiman and Trelew with English speaking guide. Punta Tombo is a preserved area where, between September and January, more than 500.000 Magellanic Penguins join. We can also find guanacos, dwarf armadillos, Patagonian maras, Greater Rheas, and foxes. After being an hour in the reserve we continue our journey to Gaiman, a small Village where Welsh immigrants settled. We take a short city tour to learn more about Welsh culture. As an optional activity, we can visit one of the famous tea Welsh houses where we enjoy all kinds of cakes, snacks and regional candies. Later we visit the Egidio Trelew Paleontology Museum, located at the Trelew entrance. In this museum, we find wonderful fossils perfectly preserved. The tea house services and the admission fee to the museum are not included. Departure: 8 a.m. Duration: Full day.
